What's with the triangles and the numbers?
Not all plastics can be recycled and some councils only recycle certain types, so try to check with your council to be sure. Plastics are stamped with an identification code which identifies what type of resin has been used, here is a simple exmaplantion, you can find more info online:

Soft drink and fruit juice bottles, detergent bottles
