Another cracker of a Sunday spent scavenging the coastline. It was our tenth Seaside Scavenge but even better it was a record breaker! 87 hands collected 210kg of litter from the beach , 110kg of which was recycling. The wether stayed calm and dry to allow an awesome line-up of Nick Cunningham, Matt Armitage and the VanderAa brothers to play. We also had some plastic-free, marine debris and ocean inspiring talks from Alice Forrst, Anthony Hill and Chrystal Dawn. Thanks to all the volunteers for sorting trash all day and all the fun we had!

We had 238kg of pre-loved clothes donated from the wider Byron community and 100 refreshing Stone&Wood Beers from Beach Hotel. Thanks to all the businesses that supported us with prizes. Looking forward to the next one :)
